 1.Load Bank  Features

1)Using high-quality special resistors materials and ordinary tap water, the heat generated in the process of working resistors is quickly brought out with a certain flow rate, replacing the traditional deionized water with high cost.

2.Load Bank  Structure
1) The water cooling load resistor is circularly cooled by running tap water (or distilled water or other liquid).
2) Load built-in water-cooled resistor types : copper tube water-cooled resistor, aluminum cased water-cooled resistor, stainless steel  water-cooled resistor.
3) The inlet and outlet can be flange or threaded nozzle connected with PVC pipe, which can be customized according to customers size requests.
3. Notes:
1) The water-cooled resistor is connected to the power supply before loading, water should be supplied first, and the load can only be powered on after the water circulation is normal.
2) Do not turn off the circulating water source after the power on load is over, let the circulating water continue to flow for 30 minutes and then turn off the circulating water.
3) The load is equipped with manual exhaust valve. After the water source is connected, manual exhaust is required (the air in the load sump is discharged), and there should be no bubbles flowing out of the water outlet.
4) It is a normal phenomenon that there is light smoke when the water-cooled load is used for the first time because the silicone resin volatilizes when it meets high temperature medium.
