1. Product features:

1) Cement resistor is the earliest used resistor, widely used in all kinds of products, is the most basic electronic components of electronics, electrical appliances, equipment, information products. It has the characteristics of small volume, shock resistance, moisture resistance, heat resistance, good heat dissipation and favorable price. Cement resistance is fully insulated and miniaturized, which is suitable for printed circuit board.

2. Product structure:

1) Cement resistor is made by winding resistance wire on ceramic rod with good heat resistance or glass fiber matrix with insulation and heat dissipation to form winding resistance core. After all tests are qualified, the winding resistance core is put into ceramic shell with different sizes and shapes, sealed with special non combustible electronic filler, then baked at high temperature after natural drying.

2) The high resistance specifications above kilohm are made of metal oxide film resistance core instead of wire-wound resistance core, and the packaging process is the same as wire-wound resistance packaging.

3) According to different installation methods, conventional cement resistor has the following seven categories:

SQP cement resistor, horizontal installation, power range: 2W-100W
