2. Product Structure:

1) The cap with copper wire is closely combined with a porcelain body through professional cap sealing or capping equipment to ensure the stability of the resistor.

2) Alumina ceramic or talc ceramic is used as resistors’ substrate, to ensure good stability and heat dissipation.

3) The metal alloy wire is wound on the surface of the substrate, then encapsulated with non combustible paint. It has the characteristics of small volume, good heat resistance, small temperature coefficient, high resistance accuracy, excellent overload performance in a short time, and no change in resistance value over the years. It can be made into a non inductive type. Specifications and dimensions can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements.

4) Horizontal installation, vertical installation or forming vertical installation can be made according to customer requirements.

5) 0.5W-5W miniaturized appearance adopts color ring identification specification and tape packaging; 7W-30W letter marks corresponding specifications, bulk packaging.
